Do you service my area?

We service Aledo, Arlington, Bedford, Benbrook, Blue Mound, Burleson, Colleyville, Crowley, Edgecliff Village, Euless, Everman, Forest Hill, Fort Worth, Grapevine, Haltom City, Hurst, Keller, Kennedale, Lake Worth, North Richland Hills, Mansfield, River Oaks, Saginaw, Southlake, Trophy Club, Watagua, Westover Hills, and White Settlement.

What is included in a regular cleaning?

A regular cleaning is considered maintenance where we come in on a routine basis to keep your home clean. In this service we clean your bathrooms, kitchen, and all rooms. We empty all the wastebaskets, dust ceiling fans and baseboards, and vacuum and mop all flooring.

How much will it cost?

Our initial visit prices are based off of the square footage of your home, along with other factors such as condition of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of linens to change, etc. All initial visits are priced by the hour and prorated every quarter hour. Our teams are not allowed to go over the estimated price and must have your approval if additional time is required. You will know in advance should they think additional time is needed and you can either approve or disapprove. After the initial visit, we can set a fixed price for any reoccurring service (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly). This price is based on the time it takes to maintain your home. Sales tax is applicable, and any quotes are just estimates and may vary depending on the condition of the home. You are in control of the price. Call today for a free quote!

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring all of our own eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment. Our environmentally friendly Electrolyzed Water, hospital grade disinfectant and multi-surface cleaner is safe for your family and pets, and our color coded microfiber cloth system prevents cross contamination in your home. We also use the best HEPA-filtered vacuum cleaners in the industry which are proven to improve indoor air quality.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

We are happy to perform extra tasks in your home, however, you will need to call our office prior to your cleaning so we can update our technicians instructions with the work to be performed in your home. Also, most extra tasks require additional time, which is also more money. Your price will be adjusted for the extra task(s) needed in your home that day.

You may also add certain special services such as oven and refrigerator cleaning through your customer portal. In this portal you are able to also do other things such as update credit cards, change notification contact and view your schedule.

Can I trust my cleaning team?

Of course! We properly vet all of our employees and every employee undergoes a thorough background check before they’re hired. Furthermore, all of our employees wear Maid Brigade uniforms and arrive in marked company cars.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong during your appointment, please call our office and speak with our Customer Service support. They will make sure that you’re taken care of and that we resolve your issue immediately.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes, our software system (including our credit cards) is encrypted, and password protected. Should you need to update your credit card it can be completed by you through your customer portal or by calling our office. Our staff only has access to view the last 4 digits of your credit card.

Do I have to be present during my scheduled service?

No! Most of our clients provide us with access to their home with a door/garage door code or a key to their home in case they cannot or do not wish to be present during their scheduled service. Keys are issued out to your technicians the morning of the service and checked back into the office at the end of the day. They are securely locked in a cabinet inside a locked room. All keys are coded so they can’t be identified to your address. An “attempt to service” fee will be charged when our team arrives and cannot enter the home immediately.

What is your satisfaction guarantee policy?

We guarantee our work 100%. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’ll come back to make it right. We don’t offer discounts or refunds, and that’s because we stand by our work and commit to your satisfaction. The only thing we ask from you is to let us know within 24 hours if you’re not satisfied with the cleaning. We will do our best to return the next business day to make it right. Your satisfaction means the world to us.

What is your refund policy?

We do NOT offer any sort of refund or discount on our services. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’ll come back to make it right. We’re in the business of making people happy and we’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re satisfied with your cleaning.

How does the On-line quote and scheduling work?

Our online quoting tool provides you with a ballpark estimate for RECURRING SERVICE (weekly,bi-weekly, monthly) based on the information you shared. It’s not a final agreement of your cleaning price but it should be close. If you are looking for a one-time clean or move-in/move-out please give us a call for a quote.
